Baked Spinach Hummus Dip

Ingredients
Easy Hummus Dip, (look it up on sparkrecipes)4 Cups Spinach Leaves1 Cup Reduced Fat Mild Chedder Shredded Cheese (3/4 in the dip and 1/4 to top)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

After making the hummus in a food processor, add the spinach leaves and 3/4 cup of the cheese. Pulse for several seconds.

Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes.

Serve with Whole Wheat Pita Chips or Vegetables.
