Feta Caprese Salad

Ingredients
Two ripe tomatoes, sliced4 tbs fresh basil, chopped1 ounce fat free feta cheese, crumbled2 tbs olive oil4 tbs balsamic vinegar1 tsp Splenda, or sugarsalt to taste
Directions
Slice the tomatoes and place on a platter, sprinkle the chopped basil and feta cheese on top.

Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Splenda, and salt to taste.

Drizzle olive oil mixture over tomatoes and leave out to sit until mealtime.
