Chocolate creme brulee cups

Pie Crust2% Milk (1cup)Cocoa Powder (3tbs)4 Egg Yolks Sugar (1cup)VanillaSalt (1/2 tsp)
pre-made pie crust, fitted into cupcake tin.
par-bake (half bake) 350*
make filling by scalding milk, sugar, vanilla, cocoa powder and salt. (add additional flavorings if desired). Temper the egg yolks then replace into saucepan. Continue to simmer, whisking continually until thickens enough to coat spoon (nappe). Fill pastry cups and finish baking until cups are brown and filling puffs slightly.
Let Cool. And refridgerate
Coat tops with sugar and torch. (if desired).
