Taziki

Ingredients
1 container Oikos plain nonfat Greek yogurt1/4 cup English cucumber, peeled, seeded, and diced1.5 tbsp diced onion3/4 tsp minced garlic (I use jarred--probably about 1 clove, minced)1/2 tsp dried dill weed1 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tbsp lemon juice dash black pepperdash sea salt
Directions
dice, mix well--best if left overnight
Serve on all kinds of stuff!! great for wraps, for dip (think grilled chicken or kabobs...)

    Sounds delicious! I loooove tzatziki but all of the store-bought stuff I can find has terrible additives. I'll have to try this out :) - 7/10/12
