Shredded Fiesta Chicken

Ingredients
Directions
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast1 cup salsa1 tbsp cumin1 tbsp chili powder1 tsp black pepper1 tsp salt1 clove minced garlic (or 1 teaspoon pre-minced)
Place chicken in crockpot or dutch oven.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat.
Cook in crockpot on low for 6 hours, or in dutch oven on stove on low for 45 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Shred chicken and return to pot to coat all chicken with the sauce.
Serve with tortillas, chips, rice, or in a lettuce wrap. May top with salsa, sour cream, cheese, or jalepenos. (Additional items not included in nutritional info, chicken only.)
Leftovers are delicious served cold on a salad.
