8 oz fat-free cream cheese3/4 c powdered sugar3/4 c splenda1 c reduced-fat natural peanut butter1 c nonfat milk2 c fat-free whipped frozen topping2 9" prepared shortbread or chocolate crusts
Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Mix in peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
Spoon into two crusts; cover, and freeze until firm.
Serving Size: Makes 16 pie slices (8 per pie)
