Flax Seed Crackers

Ingredients
2 c Whole Flax Seed1 c WaterSalt, Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Soak flax seed in water for 10 minutes. On a non-stick baking sheet, spread out the flax mixture evenly. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes or until hard. Cool. Break apart or cut and enjoy with hummus!
