Egg Salad Roll-up

Ingredients
6 Hard boiled eggs3 Tbls of Canola Mayonaise2 Tsp of mustard
Directions
Chop up eggs - mix with mayo and mustard. Add Salt pepper to taste. I like to add celery seeds too. you can also add lettuce and tomatoes to the sandwich as well.

Serving Size: Makes 3 Roll up sandwiches
