3/4 Cup Light Sour Cream8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (1/3 less fat)1 egg1/4 cup Splenda2tsp melted butter1 tsp vanilla
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together eggs, sour cream, and Splenda in large bowl. Slowly add melted butter, then mix in softened cream cheese. Spoon into 6 ramekins and place in preheated oven for 20 min. Cool prior to serving.
