1 cup chopped fresh mixed salad greens1/4 cup fresh apricot halves, frozen1/4 cup fresh cherries, pitted & frozen1/2 cup silken tofu4 oz vanilla almond milk
Slice and freeze fruit the day before. Freeze in separte bags to make it easier to blend. Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add water. If it is too thin, add ice.
