Chicken Parmesan Tenders

6 chicken tenders1/4 egg substitute1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs1/4 parmesan cheese6 Tbsp Prego1/4 cup Italian shredded cheese
Combine bread crumbs & parmesan cheese in bowl. Dip tenders in egg substitute then coat with breadcrumbs & parmesan cheese mixture. Brown in pan using small amount of olive oil spray. Cook until done. Add 1 tablespoon Prego over each tender then sprinkle the shredded cheese over them all. Serve
