Ingredients
Aldi Extra Lean Beef Mince, 17 1/2 oz (500 gram)Heinz Big Red Reduced Salt Tomato Soup, condensed,14oz (400 gram) canOnions, raw, 1 large choppedGarlic, 2 cloves, crushedOregano, ground, 2 tspBasil, ground, 2 tspWhite Wine, 1/4 cupBeef stock, home-prepared, 1 cupMushrooms, fresh, 8 medium, choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 3 Italian tomato, choppedPepper, black, 1 tspTomato Paste, 1/4 cupCabbage, savoy, fresh, 10 cups, shredded
Directions
Spray skillet with canola spray and saute onion and garlic for 3 minutes, add ground beef and brown. Add all other ingredients (except the cabbage) and cook for approximately 30 minutes.

Microwave or blanch the cabbage until just tender. Serve the cabbage with the sauce. Top with a small amount of parmesan if required.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups cabbage ea (before cooking) topped with 1 cup of sauce
