oat flour 1/4 cupegg whites 1/4 cupunsweetened almond breeze 1/4 cupmilled flaxseed 1 tbsp1 scoop protein powder
Directions
blend all ingredients in blender and cook in frying pan as regular pancake! get creative add banana, fruit or chopped nuts on top afterwards...
