Lemon Chicken Pasta Skillet

Ingredients
CHICKEN MARINADE1/2lb Chicken Breast (Cut into 1" chunks)The zest of one whole lemonThe juice of 1/2 lemon2 Tbs Rosemary, chopped (half if using dried)2 Tbs Thyme, chopped2 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 tsp coarse salt1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepperSAUCE4 cloves garlic1 Tbs whole wheat flour2 1/2 C Chicken Broth500 grams cooked whole wheat spaghetti, cooked al dente1 Tbs Basil2 Tbs fresh grated Parmesan2 Tbs fresh grated Romano6 oz grape tomatoes
Directions
Combine all ingredients for the chicken marinade in a ziploc. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, best if done overnight. Toss in skillet and cook until done, then remove and set aside.

Prepare your garlic gravy by adding 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil to the skillet. Add the garlic and cook until soft and fragrant. Then add the flour and cook for one minute. Add the chicken broth and allow to thicken

Once the gravy has thickened, toss in the spaghetti and the chicken. Add the basil, Parmesan, and Romano and toss until the cheese is melted. Finally add the grape tomatoes and give one last toss then serve.
