Meghan's Two Bean Chili with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced Beans, black, 1 cup (remove)Beans, red kidney, 1 cup Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chili powder, 2 tsp *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), 1 tsp Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz
Directions
Put the above ingredients (except for the Greek Yogurt) into the slow cooker. Cook with lid on for 2 hours on high. If there is too much liquid at that point, take the lid off for 30 minutes, turning the slow cooker down to low.

Each serving gets a dollop of Greek Yogurt on top.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings. Freezes well.
