iced chai tea latte

Ingredients
1 1/2 C of water3/4 C of lactose free milk3 packets of stevia1 tsp of vanilla2 teabags of either chai or masala tea
Directions
Brew the tea for at least 5 minutes. Mix vanilla and milk. Add tea to stevia to dissolve. Combine milk mixture to tea mixture. Pour over ice and enjoy.
