* 2-lbs ground beef, cooked, drained and rinsed well.* 10-oz bag of julianned carrots* 12-oz bag of shredded cabbage* 2-medium onions, chopped* 2-garlic cloves, pressed* 1/4-cup soy sauce* 1/4-cup oyster sauce* 2-tbsp oil
In a wok (skillet tend not to be big enough to handle the cabbage) heat the olive oil to high. Cook ground beef, stirring frequently, until no pink is showing. Rinse and drain well. Add the onions and garlic and cook well. Stir in the cooked beef, carrots, cabbage and green onions. Season with the oyster sauce and soy sauce. Cook like a stir fry so veggies are still crisp.
