Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients
1 container of 2% Cottage Cheese 1 Cucumber, peeled and diced 1 Tomato, sliced and diced 1/4 tsp of Lemon Pepper Dash of salt (optional) Other Vegtables are optional too.
Directions
Cut up cucumber and tomato. Mix with cottage cheese in a bowl. Add lemon pepper. Cover. Best when served the next day.
