Honey-Ginger Tofu

Ingredients
1 pkg-350g Extra-firm tofu2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce1 Tbsp honey2 tsp grated ginger1 tsp canola oil
Directions
Cut tofu into slices, pat dry with towels.
Stir soy sauce, honey, ginger and oil in an 8x8in baking dish. Add tofu and turn each slice to coat. Let stand 15 minutes.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add tofu, reserving marinade. Cook until dark golden, 2-3 min per side.

Serve with quinoa or other complex carb of your choice, drizzle with reserved marinade.
