Bison Nam Sod

Ingredients
Ground BisonCilantroGreen onionfish sauceagavegarlic powder or fresh garlicginger (sliced to matchsticks)jalapeno (or chili of your choice)peanuts (crushed)Lime juice (I juice the limes straight in and typically use 2)Water
Directions
Bring water to a simmer and add ground bison. Stir to break up into small pieces. Add garlic and ginger and cook bison all the way through. Add the rest of the ingredients. Serve with rice or quinoa and your choice of romaine lettuce or nappa cabbage.
