Broccoli with Penne and Anchovies

4 oz. (2 Cans) Fillets of Anchovies1 box 14oz Barilla Plus Penne1/4 Cup Olive Oil4 Cups Cooked Broccoli Florets4 Cloves Garlic (chopped)Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste
1. Cook pasta until it is Al Dente (don't cook too long)
2. Heat Olive oil in a frying pan and saute Chopped garlic. Be careful not to burn garlic.
3. Add the anchovy and break up the large pieces. Saute until you see that the anchovy has melted into the sauce.
4. In a large pasta bowl, combine penne with broccoli florets. Pour garlic/anchovy sauce over this and lightly coat everything.
5. Add fresh ground pepper to taste and serve.
