Pork Loin Boneless Chops covered in Corn Flake Crumbs

Boneless Pork Loin Chops cut thinly into approximately 8-9 pieces (1.5 lbs)2 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoned Pepper2 Large Eggs (raw)1 Cup Kellog's Corn Flake Crumbs
Beat Eggs in a bowl
Mix Pepper and Cornflake Crumbs in a separate bowl.
Dip pork loin filet piece into egg bowl (make sure both side have been covered by the egg) and then dip into corn flake and pepper mixture on both sides. Make sure pork loin chops are well covered with egg and crumb mixture.
Place each breaded pork loin on a baking sheet that has been coated with a nonstick cooking spray (ie Pam).
Preheat oven 350 degrees. When finished breading, place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, so the breading sticks better.
Place in oven for 30 minutes or until meat is cooked in the center.
