Vegetarian Sandwich fill

Ingredients
1 can Garbanzo beans rinsed & drained1/2 small onion finely diced1/2 cucumber finely chopped2 Tbsp light Mayonnaise1-2 Tbsp lemon juicesalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mash beans with a fork or potato masher. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Fill a whole wheat pita or other sandwich material and enjoy!
