Lemon Pepper Dill Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 cup fat-free sour cream1 sprig dill weed2 tbsp lemon peel (lemon zest)1 tbsp black pepper
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray medium sized casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix together sour cream, dill, lemon zest, and pepper.
Spread 1/4 of the mixture over the bottom of the casserole dish and lay chicken breasts over top.
Use remaining mixture to cover chicken breasts evenly.
Put dish in oven uncovered for approximately 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Cooking times may very with oven and thickness of chicken.
