Crockpot Meatloaf

1/2 lb. lean ground beef1/2 lb. lean ground turkey2 eggs1 envelope onion soup mix1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder3 tbsp tomato paste2 tbsp Splenda2/3 cup oatmeal1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
Fold 2 strips of foil long enough to fit from the top of the slow cooker, down inside and up the other side, leaving about 2 inches hanging outside.
Mix all ingredients together then press into crockpot on top of foil strips. Cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours. Use foil to lift meatloaf onto a plate.

I was a little hesitant when I read oatmeal in this recipe, but the meatloaf turned out to be amazing!!! I didn't use mushrooms because my family doesn't like them, but I'm sure it would be amazing with them. We will definitely be having this again in the near future.
