Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients
1 can (1.5 cups) chickpeas1 TBSP olive oilYour favorite seasoning/spice combo (salt and cayenne is one of my favorites!)
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2) Drain and rinse chickpeas. Pat dry with a towel and place on a large baking sheet.
3) Roast for 20-30 minutes until golden and crunchy.
4) While the chickpeas are roasting, whisk oil and seasoning/spices together in a small bowl.
5) When ready, remove chickpeas from the oven and toss in the oil mixture while still hot.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings.
