Easy Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
1 box cake mix, any flavor2 medium eggs1 6 oz container low fat yogurt, any flavor6 oz water (fill empty yogurt container to measure)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour into 9X13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes, depending on type of yogurt. Cake is done when knife inserted into center comes out clean. Top with powdered sugar or Fat Free whipped topping. Makes 12 pieces

Great combinations are chocolate cake with raspberry yogurt, Yellow cake with coconut or vanilla yogurt, and White cake with strawberry or key lime yogurt. I just dump in whatever I have on hand!

    This was very good! I used strawberry cake mix with strawberry yogurt. For frosting I used one tub of Cool Whip Light, one 6 oz container of low-fat strawberry yogurt, and 1 pint of strawberries, hulled and sliced. Yum! - 3/22/09
