Ingredients
*Chapatti / Paratha without Oil, 2 serving Salt, 1 dash Turmeric, ground, 1 tbsp Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 0.5 cup Garlic, 1 tsp*Hot Chili Peppers, 1 pepper Sunflower Oil, 1 tbspn
Directions
In the saucepan heat tablespoon oil, add half teaspoon of black mustard seeds, add chopped tablespoon garlic and green chilli, torn paratha/roti with hands and add together. Don't let garlic burn. Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric, once mixed add yoghurt and half a cup of water. And let it simmer and cook for other 5 mins. Sprinkle coriander and enjoy..
