Raw apple raisin goji cookies

1 Cup hard winter berries (sprouted for 2-3 days)2 small apples, peeled and chopped3 medium carrots, chopped3 TBL organic flaxmeal1 tsp pure vanilla extract2 tsp cinnamon or apple pie spice blend1 packet Stevia in the Raw
sprout winter berries for 2-3 days. combine all ingredients in a food processor EXCEPT the raisins and goji berries. process until dough like consistency is achieved. add in raisins and goji berries and pulse just until incorporated. divide dough in to 16 equal pieces. Roll in to balls and press flat onto a teflex sheet and dehydrate at 115 F for 4 hours. Remove from teflex, and flip over. Dehydrate for another 4-6 hours or until desired texture.
