Almond Flour Blueberry Lemon Zest Scones

- 3 tablespoons pasture butter- 2 cups blanched almond flour- 1.25 cups of blueberries- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda- dash of salt- 1 mashed ripe banana- 1 tablespoon flaxseed coursely ground- 1/4 cup of water
mix everything besides blueberries with hand mixer or blender. fold in blueberries, form circle or rectangular shape onto silpat or parchment paper. Divide with blunt knife into smaller pieces and spread them out throughout sheet. Bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
