Salmon with Tarragon Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
Salmon 6 oz1 cucumber sliced1 tablespoon Mayonaise1 tablespoon vinegar1 tablespoon dried Tarragon1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Directions
Fry salmon in oil over medium heat turning once. Drain on paper towell. In a small bowl mix all other ingredents. Spoon over salmon and enjoy!
