Bob's Potato Salad

Ingredients
Potatoes - your choice - we usually use Red potatoes - adjust quantity to the amount of peopleBacon - 1/2 lb/225 g - you absolutely can use less or turkey baconHard boiled eggs - again adjust to amount of peopleRenee Light Caesar Salad dressing - we add enough to lightly coated everything - my kids add enough that everything is swimming in dressing....add to your tastesSprinkle with steak spices or ground pepper.
Directions
Bake the potato, cut up when cooked
Boil eggs, cut up when cooked
Cooked bacon until crispy, cut up when cooked

Place in bowl, mix with Renee's Salad dressing until coated, go lightly.

Add steak spices for extra kick.
