Ingredients
Cajun Shrimp Soup2 cups Green Onions2 ½ cups Bell Pepper2 cups Celery2 tbsp Garlic4 tbsp Country Crock Margarine 4 cups V84 cups Tomato4 cups Clamato1 can Rotel4-6 tbsp Italian Seasoning 2 tbsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning2 tsp Red Pepper3 cups yellow Squash3 cups Zucchini10oz bag Okra½ cup Minute Rice2lb bag Raw Shrimp2 cup Fresh Cilantro
Directions
Sauté Green Onions, Bell Pepper, Celery and Garlic in margarine till soft. Add Juices Seasoning and Rotel bring to a boil. Add Squash, Zucchini and Okra cook till done.
Add rice cook 10 min’s. Stir in Shrimp and Cilantro, bring to a boil then take off heat set aside for a few minutes till Shrimp is done.

Make 9- 2 cup servings
