Breakfast Burritos (Canadian Bacon w/ Jalapeno)

Ingredients
egg white, 1 largeeggs, 3 largeonions, 1 cgreen peppers, 1 ccanadian bacon, 1 packagetortillas, burrito size, 7 eachcheddar cheese, 1 c shreddedsalsa, 1 cjalapeno peppers, 0.5 c, sliced
Directions
cook onions, peppers, and canadian bacon until vegetables are tender crisp. Put in a medium size bowl. Beat the eggs and white lightly, then scramble. Add to bowl with vegetables. Take tortilla and top with egg mixture, cheese, salsa, and jalapenos. Roll up into a burrito and wrap in aluminum foil.

Store in the freezer. To cook, place in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
