Denver Omelette

Ingredients
0.25 oz each: yellow bellpepper, red bellpepper, onion, mushrooms, diced ham4 lrg eggs scrambled0.3 oz each: chedder cheese, swiss cheese
Directions
Saute all your veggies in EVOO. Add ham to warm through. Remove from pan. Add scrambled egg and cook in omelette preparation. Retun veggies on top of egg. Add cheese ad fold omelette over onto plate once cooked.
