1 whole wheat english muffin1 egg2 slices turkey bacon1 slice cheese
Cut the 2 slices of bacon in half. Cook the 4 pieces, flipping once, about 4 minutes. Crack the egg and fry it to desired done-ness, turning once. Layer the egg, cheese and bacon on the english muffin, toasted or not. Top with ketchup if you like (will add some calories and sugar) and enjoy!
