10 ounces ground turkey2 Tablespoons chopped green onion1/4 teaspoon garlic powder2 teaspoons soy sauce1/4 teaspoon black pepper2 slices red onion2 slices Fat Free American Cheese2 wheat or mixed grain hamburger buns
Makes 2 burgers
Mix first 5 ingredients well and form into two patties. Spray onion slices with olive oil spray. Grill or broil turkey patties and onion slices till turkey is no longer pink inside and juices run clear and onion is crisp tender and lightly charred. I usually cook turkey on one side then put the onion slice on top after I flip the burgers. Top with cheese and serve on buns.
