Ingredients
*Refried Beans - Rosarita no fat zesty salsa 1 can*Tillamook Light Sour Cream, 1 3/4 cups2 tbs taco seasoningSalsa, 0.25 cup2 1/2 avocados, diced and smashed OR prepared guacamoleCilantro, raw, 4 tbsp chopped*Raw Tomato (Medium, whole), chopped*sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion), 1.5 serving dicedJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper diced, remove seeds to decrease heat*Cheese, Cheddar Bandon 110 cal=1 oz/28g/serv = 1" cube, 3 oz gratedIceberg Lettuce (salad), .25 cup, shredded
Directions
Spread the ingredients in layers in a pie plate or other serving dish.

-mix taco seasoning into the sour cream before spreading it.
