Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
Olive OilOnionGarlic cloves or SaltChili PowderDried OreganoCanned TomatoesChicken BrothCan Corn or frozen1 4oz can green chilies (optional)1 can black beans4C chicken breast (or one per person)cilantro (optional)Serve w/Tortilla Chips OR add 2 C egg noodles
Directions
Heat oil in large kettle medium heat. Add onions and saute until tender..about 4 min. add garlic, chili powder and oregano, cooked chicken.. saute 1 min longer. Add tomatoes,broth,corn, beans, chilies, cook 20 minutes.
Stir in cilantro and let stand a few minutes.
If want to serve w/egg noodles, cook with broth and stir in last 20 minutes of cooking time.
May serve with tortilla chips. Makes 4 quarts, serving 10
