Lentil Soup

Ingredients
1 bag baby carrots cut in half2/3 celery stalks 1 medium onion2/3 cloves garlic2 cups lentilsthyme2/3 bay leavessalt and pepper8 cups chicken broth3 or 4 slices of canadian bacon chopped
Directions
add all ingredients to slow cookers as listed and cook on for 5/6 hours

add chopped canadian bacon for last 30 minutes for added smokey flavor
