1 1/2 lbs fresh green beans2 cans low sodium cream of mushroom soup1 cup mushrooms1 medium onion (diced)4 lg potatoes (diced)2 cups diced ham1 Quart low sodium chicken stock2 tbs onion powder2 tbs garlic powder1 tbs black pepper
Makes 12 1-cup servings
Add chicken stock to crock pot. Dice potatoes and cut beans. Add to pot. Saute onion and mushrooms, add . Add diced ham, and seasonings.
Let cook 2 hours on high then add mushroom soup. Let cook another 2 hours or until beans and potatoes are soft.
