Zap tomato, dried mushrooms in microwave 2 minutes
Purslane and green pepper can be raw or sauteed for 10 minutes in olive oil(subtract calories for olive oil if raw). Toast bread, pile on ingredients in any order with cheese on top to hold it all together. Zap in micro wave 45 seconds or broil until cheese melts. Eat.
