Clean Angel Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
Ingredients4 organic boneless chicken breast (cut in half) 2-3 Tbsp of “fat” (i.e. Earth Balance Butter) 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb8 oz Org. White Button Mushrooms qtr.8 oz Org. Portabello Mushrooms qtr. (you could easily scale this amt. down)1 onion quarted 1/2 c. Low- Sodium chicken broth OR water OR White Wine 10 oz Low-Sodium Chicken Broth ˝ c. FF yogurt (or Greek) *Tip, let your yogurt come to room temp & put the rest away1. Melt your “fat” in a saucepan & add in your Italian Seasonings/Mrs. Dash, etc2. Add your Low-Sodium Broth &/or water, etc & Yogurt*Tip about heating yogurt, it has the ability to separate if heated to fast. It probably will still toSome degree, but it you use a lil patience it won’t be as bad. Allow it to come to “room temp” first before adding it- Do not add it cold!3. Turn on your Crock Pot, Place your Onions/Mushrooms in your Crock Pot, add Chicken & mixture from stove4. If you are using LARGE chicken Breast that have not been ˝-d then cook longerCook on LOW 2.5 hrs…I use 4-6 Large Organic Chicken Breasts halfed.Serve over 1 lb GF/Quinoa or WW Spaghetti Pasta (lil or as much as you need)ENJOY!
