Light but Loaded Potato Salad

Ingredients
6 Red Potatos, boiled and cut into small cubes1/2 cup waterSour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup Bacon, 8 medium slices, cooked Onions, raw, 1 medium, chopped finely Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shreddedegg white, fresh, 6 large boiled and chopped finelyDukes light mayo, 2 tbsp salt, pepper and seasonings to taste
Directions
Boil eggs for 12 minutes, allow to cool, remove yolks, chop, and set aside

Boil potatoes till slightly firm, about 40 minutes allow to cool for an hour (or sit under ice water for 10 minutes)

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix throughly

Refridgerate, or serve at room temperature, your preference.
