Easy Slow Cooker Roast w/Mushroom Sauce

1 - 2 lb Pot Roast2 - Tbsp Garlic Salt1 - Tbsp Pepper1 - 10.5 oz Can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup1- Envelope Onion Soup and Dip dry mix1 - Small can of Sliced Mushrooms1/2 - Cup water1 - Cup frozen sliced carrots, thawed
1. Trim fat from Roast and cut into 1 -2 inch cubes
2. Season roast with garlic salt and pepper
3. Place roast in crock pot and add onion soup mix, golden mushroom soup, water, and mushrooms.
4. Cook on low heat 8-10 hours
5. Add carrots during last 30 minutes of cooking
(I sometimes add sweet potatoes or regular potatoes.)
