Breaded Seitan

Ingredients
8-ounce package seitan, sliced1/3 cup nutritional yeast1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp each cumin and coriander1/8 tsp pepper2 tbsp miso tamari2 tbsp oil
Directions
Serving Size: makes 3 servings

Combine the yeast and spices in a small bowl. Dip seitan in tamari, then in yeast mixture. Fry in oil on both sides until brown over medium high heat.
