Raspberry Dessert Topping - July 20

Ingredients
Raspberries, 9 cupLundberg Organic Brown Rice Syrup, 9 tbspLemons, juice of 1 fruit without seeds stevia, 5 serving Corn Starch, .5 cup
Directions
wash the raspberries and put them all in a big pot. Use a potato masher and mash the raspberries, leaving lots of big chunks. Add the Brown Rice syrup, and lemon juice. bring to a boil and simmer over low heat. Add Stevia to taste - this one took 5 tablets (crushed).

Add the corn starch to a cup of water, and stir until there are no lumps. Add this to the raspberry mixture. Continue to simmer until it's thickened to your liking.

Serving Size: batch made 4 - 500ml jars - approx 133 Tbsp servings
