Potted Swiss Steak

Ingredients
6 oz cubed steak2 tbsps margarine low fat1/4 cup flour1 can mushrooms, small1 cup low fat chicken brothBrown rice - 1 cup
Directions
Melt margarine in skillet.
Brown steaks in skillet and margarine
Add chicken broth, bring to boil, add mushrooms
use remaining flour to thicken

Serve over rice or potatoes.
Also you can add I jigger of red wine to flavor
