Kraft Reduced Cal Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cupEgg Beaters 1/2 cupLand o' Lakes Lite butter 6 tablespoonsYellow Squash - 4 cupsIan's Whole Wheat Panko Bread Crumbs 1/4 cupGarlic SaltFrozen Onion 1 cup
Cook squash, onion, 5 tbs butter, and garlic salt until soft. Mix with cheese and egg beaters (slowly so eggs don't scramble). Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 mins.
