egg and spinach salad

Ingredients
Hard Boiled Eggs, 3 large Best Foods - Real Mayonaisse, 1 tbsp Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish, 2 tbsp Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Spinach Dip made with greek yogurt, 1 cup (16 tbsp)
Directions
In a medium bowl, mash 3 hard boiled eggs. Add mayonaisse, pickle relish, diced celery and spinach dip. Mix together well, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Use in sandwiches, to top a vegetable salad, or serve with crudite or crackers.

Serving Size: makes 4 1-cup servings
